MadeInItaly's born in February 2011 in Labuan Bajo from a dream of the owner Marco Bertini, who invented himself also all the logos and the drawings of all the restaurants built.
He brought to Flores the Italian authentic cooking: simple dishes, but always with a new touch.
During the time in Flores, Marco's dream has always been to open a Floating Restaurant and the Komodo National Park Archipelago has been the perfect surrounding to realize this dream. And in August 2012, the dream came true and MadeInItaly The Boat has become real, operates every day from Labuan Bajo's harbor through the beautiful Archipelago with a fine dining style on board.
Strengthened by the trust given by his customers, Marco brought his food authenticity in Bali, out of the big touristic locations. In November 2012 he has been able to open MadeInItaly Bali located in Balangan, southwest of Nusa Dua Peninsula.
